Poland sits under the Berlin accreditation cluster: the Embassy of the Republic of Namibia in Berlin is concurrently accredited to Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and Türkiye, and the Warsaw honorary consulate is the Polish-soil touchpoint inside that cluster. The Honorary Consul is Kamil Janusz Michael, with office at Poświętna 15 in the Praga-Południe district on the right bank of the Vistula. The remit is consular relay rather than visa processing: light enquiries from the small Polish-Namibian community, certified-copy work, signposting Polish residents toward the Namibian e-Services portal for tourist authorisations, and forwarding documents and queries to Berlin for the categories that require embassy-level processing.

Polish passport holders travelling to Namibia for tourism use the Visa on Arrival route at Hosea Kutako International Airport or pre-clear an e-Visa through the Namibian Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration e-Services portal — there is no consular processing on the Polish side. For categories that require pre-arrival approval — business and conference visas, work and study permits, research and journalism permits, long-stay visitor permits and any travel by non-Polish residents in Poland whose passport is not on the Visa on Arrival list — the application is filed through the e-Services portal with the Berlin embassy as the regional reference for paper queries; the Warsaw honorary consul can advise on documentation and confirm the routing but does not adjudicate.

For Namibian citizens resident in Poland, the honorary consul provides initial contact, certification of copies for use with Namibian authorities, and a relay to the Berlin embassy for passport renewals, identity-document replacement, civil-status registration of births and marriages abroad, and crisis assistance. The Berlin embassy is the issuing authority for Namibian documents across its accreditation area; the Warsaw honorary consul does not issue passports, register civil-status events or process emergency travel documents.

Poświętna 15 is in Praga-Południe, the right-bank residential district reached from central Warsaw by tram across the Świętokrzyski Bridge or by Metro M2 to Stadion Narodowy and a short tram or bus connection; the premises are office rather than ceremonial and visitors should call ahead. Direct flights between Warsaw (WAW) and Windhoek (WDH) do not exist — the standard routings are via Frankfurt on LOT-Lufthansa, via Doha on Qatar Airways, via Addis Ababa on Ethiopian Airlines, or via Johannesburg on Lufthansa-Airlink and South African Airways. A yellow-fever vaccination certificate is required if arriving via a country with documented yellow-fever transmission, which includes the principal African transit hubs.
